Workshops for independent persons 2020

London (Weightmans LLP) Wednesday 25 March (14:00 - 17:00) * POSTPONED *
Durham (Durham County Council) Friday 11 September (10:00 - 13:00) * POSTPONED *

These are the latest in our annual workshops exploring the role of the Independent Person. As ever the half-day will be a chance for Independent Persons and the officers who support them to come together and discuss how their role continues to evolve and what issues they have come across in the last year. In addition, as we have been appointed by the LGA to help them develop a new model Code of Conduct for Councillors, this year we would like to take the opportunity to gather the views of Independent Persons on the Code.

Cost for attendance is £150+ VAT per delegate (or £120 + VAT for authorities that subscribe to The Standards Exchange).
